The Yahimdi Car Luxury mobile application allows customers to view available vehicles, check specifications and daily rates, prepare booking details, and generate a rental contract in PDF format that is stored locally on the device.

For convenience, the app can open your chosen communication or map apps (WhatsApp, phone dialer, Email, or Google Maps) only when you select those actions.

2) No Data Collection

The app does not collect, store, or share personal or sensitive user data on external servers.
No analytics, advertising SDKs, trackers, or background data transfers are used.
The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or location.

3) Information You Enter

When you complete the booking form, you may enter your name, phone number, pickup date/time, pickup location, and rental days. These details are used only on your device to generate a rental contract in PDF format. Your information is not uploaded to any server.

4) Local Functionality

The application works fully offline. Your booking details remain on your device. The generated PDF contract is saved in your device’s Downloads folder. You are responsible for printing, signing, and bringing the contract when picking up the car.

5) Communication Features

The app provides optional buttons that let you start a WhatsApp chat, make a phone call to our official number, or compose an Email. These actions happen only if you tap the button. The app does not send any information in the background and does not store your communications.

6) Third‑Party Services

The app can open WhatsApp, Email, or Google Maps only when you choose to use them. We do not collect or control any information shared through these external services.

7) Data Security

Because your booking details and PDF contracts remain on your device, there is no external transmission. For your safety, please keep your device protected with a passcode or biometric lock.

8) Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for adults who rent vehicles. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available inside the app and on our official hosting page.
